School resource officers support bell-to-bell cell phone ban

(WTAJ) — State lawmakers have passed a bill that would ban cell phones during school hours, and school resource officers say it's a step in the right direction. Beth Sanborn, President of the Pennsylvania Association of School Resource Officers, said students being without cell phones allows for stronger in-person connections, and it supports their wellbeing.
